Etisalat quick pay questions and answers
Everything people usually ask before sending an etisalat recharge online request: processing times, fees, limits, what happens when something goes wrong, and how to reach a person.
Open the recharge form, enter the UAE mobile number and choose an amount — a preset between AED 20 and AED 200, or your own figure. Send it, and a manager contacts you within 24 hours to confirm the number and the amount before the top-up is placed. No card details are collected on this website.
No. There is nothing to register and no stored balance. Each request stands on its own and carries only the number, the amount and the contact detail you provide.
Requests arriving Sunday to Thursday between 9:00 and 18:00 are normally confirmed within 30 minutes. During Friday and Saturday hours, 10:00 to 15:00, the same window applies. Anything sent at night, over a holiday or outside those hours is picked up the next working morning. Every request gets a response within 24 hours at the latest.
The available methods are explained during the confirmation contact, together with the service fee, so you can see the full total before agreeing to anything. Nothing is charged from this website — the form sends a request, not a payment.
A single request runs from AED 5 to AED 1,000. A service fee applies on top of the recharge amount; it is named during confirmation, before settlement, so you can decline at no cost. There are no charges beyond the total you agree to. Requests above AED 1,000 need a short conversation first — send those through the contacts page.
The question does not come up here, because there are no card fields anywhere on this website. The recharge form collects a mobile number, an amount and an optional contact detail. Settlement is arranged separately after the desk has spoken with you. If any page ever appears to ask you for card or banking credentials in our name, do not fill it in — contact us on +971 4 512 7840 instead.
Contact the desk with the mobile number and the approximate time of the request. We check the status on our side and tell you what happened. Where a settled request was not delivered because of a fault on our side, the refund policy sets out how it is resolved.
Before a top-up is placed, yes — nothing has been committed, so a request can simply be cancelled. Once the operator has delivered prepaid credit to a line it cannot be reversed, which is exactly why the number is confirmed with you first. The refund policy explains both cases in full.
Say so during the confirmation contact and it is corrected at no cost, since nothing has been placed yet. If a top-up has already landed on the wrong line, it cannot be recalled — the credit belongs to whichever number received it. This is the one error the confirmation step exists to catch.
UAE prepaid mobile numbers, including prepaid data packs on those numbers. Postpaid bill settlement, numbers registered outside the United Arab Emirates, SIM registration and device purchases are not handled here — those sit with the operator.
Yes, as long as you have their correct UAE mobile number. The confirmation contact comes back to you, not to them, so make sure the number is right before you confirm it.
