Security on this etisalat recharge online desk
The strongest security measure here is what the site does not ask for. No card fields, no account passwords, no stored balances — which removes most of what an attacker would want from a top-up website.
Not collected on this site
- Card numbers, expiry dates or security codes
- Bank account or IBAN details
- Online banking logins or one-time passcodes
- Emirates ID numbers or copies of documents
- Passwords of any kind — there is no account to log into
What the forms do collect
- The UAE mobile number to be topped up
- The amount requested, in AED
- A contact detail so we can confirm — email or phone
- Optional notes you choose to add
That is the whole dataset. The privacy policy covers how long it is kept.
Checks worth making before you give anyone money
Top-up services are an obvious target for imitation, so treat any unexpected contact with suspicion — including one that claims to be us.
Our contact with you only ever goes in one direction: we reply to a request you sent. We do not call people who have not contacted us first, we do not ask for a passcode that arrived on your phone, and we do not ask you to install anything to complete a top-up.
Signs something is wrong
- A page bearing our name that asks for card or banking credentials.
- Anyone requesting a one-time passcode sent to your phone.
- Pressure to decide immediately, or a threat that a line will be cut off.
- A request to move the conversation to a different number than the one published here.
- An offer of extra credit in exchange for sending money first.
If any of these happen, stop and call +971 4 512 7840 — the number published on this site — and check directly.
Encrypted in transit
The site is served over HTTPS, so what you type into a form is encrypted between your browser and the server.
Minimal data retained
We keep what a request needs and no more. Nothing sensitive is held because nothing sensitive is asked for.
A person in the loop
Every request is confirmed by a human before a top-up is placed, which catches both typos and attempts at misuse.
