Terms of Service

The rules covering requests sent to this etisalat recharge online desk: what the service is, what it costs, what each side is responsible for.

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms govern your use of dubairechargedesk.org and the top-up request service offered on it. By sending a request through this site you accept them.

1. Who we are

Recharge Desk is an independent third-party service operating from 70 8 Street, Al Quoz Industrial First, Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are not etisalat recharge, we are not an official or authorised channel of any mobile operator, and we have no affiliation with any operator or government body in the UAE.

2. What the service is

We receive requests to top up prepaid mobile numbers registered in the United Arab Emirates, confirm the details with the person who sent the request, and place the top-up once the amount and the service fee have been settled.

Submitting the form on this site creates a request. It is not a payment, not a contract to deliver, and not an instruction we act on without speaking to you first. A top-up is only placed after you have confirmed the number and the amount and settled the agreed total.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. You may send a request for a line that is not yours, provided you have the number correct and the account holder is content for the top-up to be made.

4. Amounts, fees and limits

  • Requests are accepted from AED 5 to AED 1,000. Larger amounts may be arranged directly with the desk.
  • A service fee applies on top of the recharge amount. It is stated during the confirmation contact, before settlement.
  • No charge arises beyond the total you have agreed to. There are no subscription or dormancy charges.
  • All amounts are in UAE dirhams (AED).

5. Your responsibilities

The mobile number is yours to get right. We read it back during confirmation, but we cannot know which number you intended. Once prepaid credit has been delivered to a line, the operator cannot reverse it, and a top-up placed on a number you confirmed is not refundable on the ground that the number was wrong.

You also agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, not to send requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, and not to attempt to disrupt the site or its forms.

6. Timing

The desk is staffed Sunday to Thursday 9:00–18:00 and Friday to Saturday 10:00–15:00. Requests received during those hours are normally confirmed within 30 minutes; those received outside them are handled the next working morning. Every request receives contact within 24 hours. Delivery of credit after settlement also depends on the operator's own systems, which are outside our control.

7. When we may decline a request

We may decline to act on a request where the number is not a UAE prepaid mobile number, where the details cannot be confirmed with you, where the request appears to be fraudulent or made without the account holder's knowledge, or where acting on it would breach applicable law. You are told when a request is declined, and nothing is charged.

8. Liability

We are responsible for placing the top-up you confirmed and settled, for the amount you agreed, on the number you confirmed. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the operator's systems, for credit delivered to a number you confirmed in error, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Your data

What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy. In short: a mobile number, an amount and a contact detail. No card or banking data is collected anywhere on this site.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version in force is the one published here when you send a request.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
