Etisalat recharge online: plans and amounts
Which amount to pick depends on what the line is used for. Below is how the preset etisalat quick pay figures map onto ordinary prepaid use in the UAE, plus the limits this desk works within.
AED 20 — a short extension
Enough to finish a call, send messages, or keep a line active for a few more days. The usual pick when credit ran out mid-task.
AED 50 — a small bundle
Sits where most entry-level data and minute bundles land. A common default for a line used mainly for calls and messaging.
AED 75 — a mid bundle
For lines that carry some mobile data alongside calls. Useful when a bundle price falls between the smaller presets.
AED 100 — a month of use
A round figure that covers a typical month on a prepaid line without needing another top-up soon after.
AED 150 — heavier data
For a line doing real data work: tethering, video, long calls abroad. Fewer trips back to the top-up form.
AED 200 — set and forget
The largest preset. Chosen by people topping up a line they do not want to think about again for several weeks.
When a preset does not fit your etisalat quick recharge
Bundles are not always priced in round numbers. If the one you want costs AED 65 or AED 115, pick Other on the form and type that figure. The desk works with the number you give rather than nudging you to the nearest preset.
Custom amounts are accepted between AED 5 and AED 1,000 per request. Below AED 5 the service fee stops making sense for either side; above AED 1,000 the request needs a short conversation first, so send it through the contacts page.

A deliberately narrow service
This desk does one thing: prepaid mobile top-ups for numbers in the UAE. Postpaid accounts, SIM paperwork and hardware all sit with the operator, and sending those requests here only delays them.
If you are unsure which category your line falls into, send the request anyway and say so in the notes field. The confirmation call sorts it out, and if it is something we cannot do, you will be told plainly rather than left waiting.
